Personal and professional coaching

You’re ready to make a change. Let’s work out the right move—and how you will make it happen.

One-to-one coaching for people changing careers, growing personally, or approaching a professional challenge in a new way.

You may want to change direction, build on what is already going well, or find out what else is possible. We start with what matters to you.

Where you might begin

There is more than one reason to work with a coach.

Some people come with a choice they need to make. Others want to build a different future without waiting for something to go wrong first. Coaching can begin in either place.

Change your career direction

You want to use your experience in work that fits who you are now, rather than move into another role that recreates what no longer fits.

Build a fuller life

You want to explore what matters, develop parts of yourself you have set aside, or create a life that makes better use of what you have to offer.

Handle a professional challenge

You want to approach a conversation, decision, relationship, or recurring pattern differently—and see what changes when you do.

In clients’ words

The coaching is personal. What people do with it reaches into their lives and work.

Joe and Julie came with different experiences. Each describes being heard, challenged, and able to see more for themselves.

Finding her own answers

“Kole took the time to get to know how I see things, how I think through things and how I communicate. She knows exactly what to say and when to say it, to me to allow me come to my own conclusions.”
Julie Q. · Excerpt from her Bark review

Kole, The Unshakable Mind, and The Unshakable Executive have received 25 five-star reviews on Bark. Individual experiences vary.

Want to talk about what coaching could look like for you?

Begin with a 40-minute conversation about your situation and what you want to pursue.

Inside a coaching session

We talk about something real, choose what to try, and learn from what happens.

During a regular session, you bring what would be most useful to discuss that day. It could be a decision, a situation, a conversation, a goal, or an opportunity. We work through it together.

01 / Bring it in

Start with what is happening.

Tell me what is going on and why it matters. You do not need a polished explanation.

02 / Look closer

Explore it together.

We ask questions, test assumptions, consider other ways to see it, and notice what might be missing.

03 / Choose

Decide what to do next.

You choose an action that fits your situation. I help you make it specific enough to try.

04 / Learn

Bring back the results.

In a later session, we talk about what happened and decide what to keep, change, or try next.

What happens between sessions is part of the coaching.

That may mean having a conversation, testing an idea, completing an exercise, or taking a step toward something you want to create.

Before coaching begins

Thinking about coaching? Let’s talk.

We’ll spend 40 minutes talking about what brought you here, what you hope to get from coaching, and what you’d like to build or explore. This is a conversation about coaching, not your first coaching session.

  1. Tell me what brought you here.

We’ll talk about what is happening in your life or work and what you hope coaching could help you do.

  2. Ask about coaching and how I work.

I’ll answer your questions. Together, we’ll explore whether coaching could be useful for your situation and whether I’m the right coach for you.

  3. Decide whether to take the next step.

If it feels like a good fit for both of us, I’ll explain what working together could look like, including the meeting rhythm, support, and investment. Then you can decide whether to move forward.

The 40-minute conversation gives us both a chance to see whether working together makes sense.

Working with Kole

We work together to explore what you want, make choices that fit your life, and take action on them.

You bring your experience, ambitions, questions, and the life you want to build. I bring questions, perspective, structure, and an honest willingness to challenge an idea when it deserves a closer look.

As a former Keller Williams CEO and Team Leader, I coached approximately 1,300 people with different goals and circumstances. Across nearly three decades helping adults develop, I have learned to work with the person in front of me instead of handing everyone the same formula.

We explore possibilities, test assumptions, make choices, and learn from what happens next. You keep ownership of your decisions; you do not have to work through them alone.

Working well together

A good partnership gives you room to think—and a reason to act.

Coaching works best when you want to participate fully, consider honest feedback, and use what you learn in your life.

  • You are open to taking useful action between sessions.
  • You want honest questions and room to reach your own conclusions.
  • You can participate consistently in the structure we agree on.
  • You want to explore a goal, challenge, possibility, or part of life you are ready to develop.

This is where you begin

Bring what you want to explore, change, or build.

It could be one decision, a new direction, a professional challenge, or a fuller version of a life that is already going well. We will talk about what matters to you and whether coaching together makes sense.

Let’s start with a direct conversation about you and what you want next.
